Keeping Track of School Objectives
The challenge
In a world where technology has become an integral part of education, schools regularly face new challenges. Recently I faced one myself when the tool my teachers used to track my school-related objectives suddenly became a paid product. That forced me to look for an alternative, and I decided to build my own system.
The Development Process
My goal was to create a practical tool that let me track my objectives and document how I achieved them. After a lot of thinking and coding, the result was a platform where I could easily add, extend and update my objectives.
Going a Step Further: Adding Functionality
I wanted to do more than offer just the standard functionality. So I decided to add the option to attach photos and documents to each objective. I also added a number of filters and a chart showing the status of all objectives, so I could back up my progress visually.
The Final Result
Now that the system is up and running, I look back on my work with pride. What started as a response to a problem ended up as a chance to show my skills and build a useful tool for my fellow students.
